Willis Knighton Fitness and Wellness Centers
LSUS employees receive discounted monthly membership rates at Willis Knighton Fitness and Wellness Centers at a rate of $40/month (regular rates are $55/month). Spouses can be added to the same plan for $30 per month. Dependent children (ages 18-23 who live at home) may be added for $30 a month (per child). There are no long-term contracts and it is a month-to-month commitment. Membership is valid at any of the four WK Fitness center locations. There is a one-time membership fee of $95 for members who elect direct bill OR a reduced fee of $50 for members who elect to pay the monthly dues fee via bank draft. Membership includes all classes such as Yoga, Zumba, Tai Chi, Pilates, Spin, a fitness assessment, use of the pool and much more. Swim lessons for children (ages 5-12) are also available during the summer. Two week sessions are offered Monday - Thursday (one hour classes). The cost is $45 per child for the two week session and guardians must remain on site during the lessons.
