Our Zen Zone is a small private room designed with low lighting, soothing music, and aromatherapy. Come de-stress with us as we set you up with your choice of relaxation modalities to bring you into a state of Zen!
Biofeedback is a technique that trains people to improve their health by controlling certain bodily processes that normally happen involuntarily, such as heart rate, blood pressure, muscle tension, and skin temperature. Students can schedule a biofeedback appointment during designated hours (check with our office for availability). We will set you up in a private room in front of a computer and connect our biofeedback sensor clip device. We will then teach you how to measure your psychological stressors and learn more about what makes you most stressed, how it affects your well-being, and how you can consciously control and keep your stress levels down!
Recharge your mind with a guided meditation to achieve a peaceful state of being, gain mental clarity, and learn different ways to de-stress. During your personal meditation appointment, our staff will set you up in our Zen Zone to experience your own customized oasis of peace and calm. Students can choose among several brief guided meditations targeting specific needs and goals, ranging anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour.
