Our team will work to create a unique menu, tailored perfectly to your taste, budget and event style. 

With over 40 years of food service and catering experience amongst our management staff, you will receive impeccable service and restaurant-quality cuisine. Catering services can be provided on campus, or orders may be picked up at The Port Grille located in the University Center for off-site meals.
