Stress Reduction Programming

Counseling Services offers a variety of stress reduction opportunities for students and other campus members.  From light yoga to meditations to aromatherapy, as well as special guests providing information and techniques for enhancing overall well-being.  Additionally, requests from students, student organizations, and faculty and staff are welcome.  Contact us to discuss your needs: 318-797-5365.

MINDFUL MONDAYS

Join us every Monday for a brief exercise in mindfulness. During common hour, leave class and then find a quiet spot to Zoom in with us at 11:15. Each week, we'll do a brief check-in with participants, and then choose a theme focused on your current needs, and walk you through a very calming, stress-reducing practice. You'll leave recharged and empowered to take on the week!
