Yoga & Stress Reduction Programming

Counseling Services offers a variety of stress reduction opportunities for students and other campus members.  From yoga to meditations to aromatherapy, as well as special guests providing information and techniques for enhancing overall well-being.  Additionally, requests from students, student organizations, and faculty and staff are welcome.  Contact us to discuss your needs: 318-797-5365.
