Rosia Gresham-Hill

Biography

Rosia Gresham-Hill is a proud graduate of Louisiana Tech University, where she earned her Master of Counseling, and Grambling State University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. With over 25 years of experience in student support services, she has served learners across all grade levels K-12 to college as a Guidance Counselor.

Within her professional roles, Ms. Gresham-Hill supported high school students in preparing for real-life experiences through her work at the Encounter Center and guided students through college exploration, visiting several colleges and universities across Texas and Louisiana. She now serves as an Academic Advisor for the College of Business at Louisiana State University in Shreveport (LSUS), where she is committed to helping students achieve academic success and prepare for their future careers.

Outside of her professional work, Ms. Gresham-Hill enjoys community programs with her church. She loves reading, writing, and cooking, passions that reflect her creativity and lifelong love of learning.
