Why you became a peer leader / What you hope to contribute:
- I have a passion for helping others and I have always enjoyed watching other individuals grow and reach their full potential. Additionally, I wanted to challenge myself in this position to improve my leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Within this role, I aim to create a strong sense of community among students, particularly first-year students who may be experiencing difficulty adjusting to the demands of college. I also hope to empower students by equipping them with the tools necessary to succeed academically throughout their time at LSUS.

- My tip for new students is don't wait to ask for help. It's important to reach out early if you are struggling in a class, feeling overwhelmed, or generally experiencing uncertainty so that we are able to provide you with the tools and support you need to succeed.
