This data visualization looks at the tax revenue collected and the trends in tax revenue for the City of Shreveport, Town of Vivian, Town of Oil City, Town of Mooringsport, Town of Greenwood, Town of Blanchard, Village of Ida, Village of Hosston, the Hotel Motel Occupancy Tax, 3% Hotel Motel Occupancy Tax, .75% Shreveport Occupancy Tax, and the 0.50% Regional Air Tax. Data goes back to 2019.

Housing   

This data visualization tracks the median listing price, the number of homes on the market, and the median number of days on the market for the Shreveport-Bossier City CBSA, Caddo Parish, and Bossier Parish. Data goes back to 2018.

Building Permits 

This data visualization tracks the number and valuation of building permits in the Shreveport-Bossier City MSA.

This data visualization tracks the average 30-year mortgage rate from 1971 through the most current month. It also examines the monthly and yearly change in inflation and core inflation. It also tracks the Henry Hub natural gas spot price, the West Texas Intermediate crude oil price, and the national and Gulf Coast average gasoline price.
