LSU Shreveport Career Services liaises between students/alumni and employers during the recruiting process. We'll help you navigate and understand what is already in place to help you reach the sorts of candidates you'd like to hire. Instead of devising strategies to build your brand on campus, we will tap you into existing pathways that work well on our campus. Let's work together to develop a recruiting strategy that fits the needs of your organization.

We offer a range of opportunities to help you connect with our students. They include:

  • Using Handshake to post opportunities
  • Offering one job-fair style recruiting event each semester that is open to students and alumni from all degree programs
  • Facilitating virtual or in-person information sessions
  • Helping you to host first-round interviews, either virtually or on-campus
  • Recording Q&A sessions about your organization and its opportunities for our YouTube channel

We are eager to help you connect with our students! Email the Director of Career Services to collaborate on a plan that will help you reach your recruiting goals.
