MANDATORY BLOOD BORNE PATHOGEN TRAINING
LSUS employees are required to complete the blood borne pathogen training once every five years. The training is required annually for high-risk employees, namely Facility Services and University Police.
Instructions to complete the online training are as follows:
1) Access the online training: http://wwwprd.doa.louisiana.gov/orm/Courses/BBP/launch.htm
2) Complete the online training course. It should take approximately 15 minutes.
3) When you have completed the training, type your name in the box provided and hit "submit." This will generate a "certificate of completion."
4) Please print the certificate.
5) Send your "certificate of completion" to Stella McMillian via email at stella.mcmillian@lsus.edu, fax (5124) or campus mail.

ETHICS TRAINING
LSUS Employees are required to complete a one-hour of Ethics Training annually as mandated by Louisiana Revised Statute 42:1170. 
Instructions to complete the online training are as follows:
1.  Access the online training http://eap.ethics.la.gov/EthicsTraining/login.aspx
2.  Register by creating a user ID and password
3.  Complete the one-hour training (three modules)
4.  Print a Certificate of Training upon completion
5.  Send the Certificate of Training to HR Management no later than March 30th each year.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING
LSUS Employees are required to complete Sexual Harassment training annually. 
Note: Internet Explorer is the recommended web browser for this training.
Instructions to complete the online training are as follows:
1. Access the online training: http://pages.lsus.edu/hr/sexualmisconduct2021/story.html
2. Take the Sexual Harassment Training and complete the exam at the end.
3. Follow the instructions and print the score sheet (after you have passed the test).
4. Email, fax, or send the signed certificate to Stella in HR at stella.mcmillian@lsus.edu.

DRIVER SAFETY TRAININGS
1) Please review the Authorized Driver memo: Authorized Driver Memo
2) Authorized Drivers must take the online driver safety training.  Link To Driver Safety Training  Make sure to print your certificate.
3) Complete the Driver Safety Form. The completed authorized driver form and the certificate from the driver safety training should both be faxed to Campus Police at 797-5161.
4) Employees should also submit a copy of their personal vehicle insurance and a copy of their Louisiana Driver's License. Employees who have an out-of-state driver's license should also submit a copy of their out-of-state driving record. Employees can work with their department for reimbursement.  
Driving records will be reviewed by the Chief of University Police, and upon approval, drivers will be added to the “Authorized Drivers’ List.”
