Results from the ACT are frequently requested by colleges and universities. At LSUS, scores are used to place students in the most appropriate math and english courses.
The test assesses a student's skills in English, Mathematics, Reading & Science Reasoning.
Students must pre-register. Registration packets are available at your local high school or at the LSUS Counseling Center. The National ACT is given several times a year. Test dates and locations are found in the ACT registration packet.
LSUS provides residual testing for students who were unable to participate in a national test. The Residual ACT is a special testing date for students planning to attend LSUS. Scores from Residual Testing will not be released to other colleges or universities.
Remember to bring two #2 pencils and a picture ID.
