Policies & Important Information
Refund Policy
- A 90% refund will be issued if requested at least four (4) business days prior to the start of class
- No refunds will be issued after this deadline or once a class has begun
- Certain programs (including online courses) may have different refund policies
If LSU Shreveport cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, a 100% refund will be issued.
Testing Center Policy
- No refunds once a test has been started
- No refunds for missed appointments
- Testing fees are non-refundable
- Appointments:
- Must be scheduled in advance
- May be rescheduled one time only
- Require payment at the time of scheduling
