OCTOBER 2020 - THE NEW & IMPROVED PILOTCARD IS HERE!

Fall 2020 brings a new and improved PilotCard for our students both in look and functionality.   In Fall 2007, LSUS last changed our ID cards and added magnetic stripe capability that was only useable in certain locations for the confirmation of your student ID and enrollment status.  Our new card has that same functionality, but additionally you (or your family/friends) can also put money on your card (we call it PilotCash) that can be utilized in the vending machines around campus and in the Stacks Coffee Shop (in Noel Memorial Library).  This spring it will also be usable in the Port with more announcments on uses coming soon!

Any current students (even if you have previously received one of our older cards) can now visit the Campus Wide Lab on the first floor of the University Center to get a new physical ID card.  (Please bring a picture identification like a driver/s licensee to complete this process.)

For our online students or those who can not come to campus, please see the Distance/Online Students link to see how you can utilize the PilotCard portal to submit photos and have a card mailed to you.
