Mindful Monday

Join us every Monday for a brief exercise in mindfulness. During common hour, leave class and find a quiet spot to Zoom in with us at 11:15am.
Each week, we'll do a brief check-in with participants, and then choose a theme focused on your current needs, and walk you through a calming, stress-reducing practice. You'll leave recharged & empowered to take on the week!
Starts Jan. 25th through Apr. 19th (not scheduled on 3/1, 3/8, or 4/26 due to other events).
