Meditation Walk-Ins

For mid-terms week, come to Counseling Services anytime between 10am-2pm on Monday-Thursday, at your conveneince, for an opportunity to experience your choice of brief or longer meditation in our Zen Zone.  We will provide aromatherapy, calm music, relaxed lighting, mats, pillows, blankets, and continuous guided stress-reducing meditations throughout this period.  No knowledge or experience in meditation required.  All you have to do is show up, get comfy, and be ready to relax!


  • Please be quiet upon entry as others may already be engaged in a meditation when you arrive.
  • Please wear a mask and practice safe physical distancing protocols.

  • Wed., Mar. 3rd: 10am-2pm
  • Thur., Mar. 4th: 10am-2pm
