LSUS Ranked in Top 50 Most Affordable Small Colleges for a Master’s in Education Degree

LSU Shreveport has been recognized as one of the 50 most affordable small colleges for a master’s in education degree in the Top Education Degrees’ recent ranking.

The university was rated at #11 out of the 50 schools offering a master’s in education degree with an undergraduate enrollment of less than 5,000 students and accredited programs with minimal tuition costs.

LSU Shreveport offers master’s in education programs in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Leadership. The Curriculum and Instruction is an online program that includes concentrations in Educational Technology, Reading and Literacy, and English as a Second Language. The Educational Leadership program focuses on using hands-on activities, internships, and similar experiential learning opportunities to produce excellent school principals and other educational supervisors. Students receive personalized academic support from faculty to advance their overall experience and success in the program.
