LSU Sport Administration Program

As part of the LSU Shreveport Commitment Plan, the School of Kinesiology Sport Administration undergraduate degree program will offer LSU A&M courses to LSUS students who will ultimately transfer to LSU A&M. Those students interested in pursuing a degree in Sport Administration in the School of Kinesiology will initially take LSU A&M courses as cross-over students but will finish the last semesters (the last 30 hours) of their degrees via 100% online courses as LSU A&M students.

The agreement with LSUS is that the students will apply to LSU at the point of transfer (usually 6th semester). These students must complete the transfer admission form and meet the transfer requirements. Once they are LSU A&M students the cross-enrollment agreement switches such that the students may cross-enroll in LSUS courses to complete courses not required for the major.

There is an 8-semester model for this program. Students interested in this program should contact Dr. Tim Winter ( ) at LSUS and Dr. Dee Jacobsen ( at LSUS A&M.
