Advice to college-bound students:
There are no boundaries to prevent you from making it in life. Let nothing stand in your way. Do not be hesitant to ask for help when you are stuck!

Advice to someone who wants to enter my field:
I majored in Human Resource Management. Yes, people make the business, but there is more to human resource management than just managing people, because HRM looks at the whole organization. Read wide and do your research for extensive knowledge in this field.

Tips on choosing a major or career:
Choose a career path to be the person you earnestly want to be. Don't just consider the money or the revenue it will fetch for you.

My toughest professional challenge:
In the early stages of my employment, I worked with three different executives in less than two years within the same company. This happened due to organizational structural changes as our company went through some difficult times to improve our operations. All of the executives had different management styles and I had to adjust. That was when I learned to brace myself for changes within and outside the work environment.

My toughest personal challenge:
Dedicating quality time to social life.

Successes (honors, awards, etc.) in my life:
MBA - Human Resource Management
Bachelor of Arts - Information Studies with Political Science
Post Graduate Certificate - Human Resource Management

I've learned this from life:
You are what you choose to be.

What I'd be doing if I had all the time in the world:
Network marketing! This is what I do during my free time, and would do this if I had all the time in the world!
