Health and Physical Education
The department of Health and Physical Education, under the College of Education, is located in the HPE Building. The HPE Building has much to offer all LSUS students. You can utilize basketball courts, racquetball courts, indoor track, indoor pool, weight lifting facilities, and classrooms and dance studios. It is also home to an Olympic weight lifting training center. The building hosts many of our intramural sporting events, including basketball and volleyball. Located on the East side of campus, it is surrounded by tennis courts, soccer and softball fields, and a beach volley ball court. If a place to exercise and to compete is what you are looking for, you will find it at the LSUS HPE Building.
