| Non-Resident Tuition Exemptions Available |
| Non-Louisiana resident students may be eligible for a limited number of non-resident tuition exemptions. These exemptions will be awarded by the Admissions and Records Office on a first-come, first-served basis. A student must be a US citizen to qualify for a non-resident tuition exemption. Students should contact the Admissions and Records Office at (318) 797-5061 to apply for a non-resident tuition exemption. |

| Board of Regents presents LSUS professorship matches |
| The Louisiana Board of Regents presented checks representing matching funds for two LSUS endowed professorships in joint ceremonies today on the campus of Southern University – Shreveport. |

| LSUS Foundation establishes ‘Endowed Pilot Scholarships’ |
| The LSUS Foundation Board of Directors has earmarked $80,000 to establish eight new “Endowed Pilot Scholarships” in honor of the recipients of the annual LSUS Pilot(s) of the Year award.
