Sex Discrimination Policy
Under the provisions of Part 106 of the regulation implementing Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, no person shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance. Any student who believes he or she has been denied any service or benefit because of sex should contact the dean of students at AD 208 or 797-5116.
