History Club at LSUS
PURPOSE: To serve as a forum for discourse and exploration of the subject of history. To provide the student body with an organization which promotes the study, application, and challenge of history throughout time in all levels and areas of historical concentration. To provide students who have an interest in history an organization to associate with each other.
ACTIVITIES: Guest speakers from around the area on a variety of topics, trips to various historical sites, Civil War reenactment, historical fairs for the students and community, and work with the Pioneer Heritage Center. The History Club is a relatively new and very strong organization looking for people who really want to be involved.
Meeting Time: First and Third Wednesday of every month during common hour (11 a.m.)

NEW MEMBERS: New Members Accepted any time, all majors welcome! Must be interested in history!
DUES: $10 per semester
