Future Veterinarians of America
PURPOSE:To gather not only the pre-veterinary enrolled students at LSU Shreveport, but also the students who have a deep concern for the well - being of animals. This organization is to promote the personal growth of these students as well as foster their continued interest in animals.
ACTIVITIES: Caddo Parish Animal Shelter, Volunteering, touring local animal hospitals, lectures by veterinarians, and work with local pet rescuers.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS: 3.0 or above GPA, completed 30 semester hours at least and an interest in animals
NEW MEMBERS: Accepted any time
DUES: $20 every semester
