*No classes Jan. 15 (MLK Jr. Holiday), Feb. 12-13 (Mardi Gras Break), Mar. 26-30 (Spring Break).


All classes are in the LSUS HPE Building Dance Studio.

Classes are FREE to LSUS and LSUHSC students (no sign-up necessary, valid ID required).

Please wear appropriate attire/footwear and bring a towel and water bottle. Class times and dates are subject to change.

PRINTABLE SPRING 2018 GROUP EXERCISE CLASS SCHEDULE

BODY SCULPT – Strengthen and tone specific muscle groups using hand weights, rubber tubing, stability balls and other equipment.

 

KICKBOXING – Incorporates an “aerobox” style using the entire body through kicks and punches in different combinations. This class is designed for people seeking a fun-filled, energized, powerful workout!

 

POWER YOGA – Sculpt your and rejuvenate your mind. This blend of all disciplines produces utilizes light weights to improve overall body strength and produce maximum results.

SELF-DEFENSE - April 4, 11, 18, 25 - a detailed class on basic beginner hand self-defense tactics, knife defense and real world situations and scenario's. Simple but effective.  Also includes basic karate techniques based work out/lessons within the hour.

 

STRENGTH & TONE – You will never be tired of this class because of its variety! Fuse an excellent cardio workout, weight training, circuit training and various intensities into one exciting, calorie-burning session.

 

YOGA –Experience vinyasa style progressions that seamlessly flow from one to the next. Yoga is for all skill levels and incorporates fundamental poses to tone your entire body and relieve stress!
