The following three forms are used consistently in all grants submitted from LSUS. The LSUS Grants Approval form must be signed by The Associate Vice Chancellor of Sponsored Programs before the Provost or the Vice Chancellor of Business Affairs will approve any grant application.

The Bio sheet and the C&P are used with BORSF and NSF grants and are usually the preferred length for other grants such as Dept. of Education, which has a page limit on Biographical/Vitas.
