| The purpose of the Chemistry club is to create an awareness of some practical aspects of applied chemistry and to further scientific literacy. To foster camaraderie among students and staff by encouraging group activities thereby broadening the scope of classroom instruction. As a group, develop interest both on campus and in the community for promoting the science of chemistry and stimulating our country's most valuable resources--intelligence and ingenuity.
