Financing Options

SBA Programs

The SBA is a guarantor of loans.  They provide the following services:

Basic 7(a) Loan Guaranty - It is the SBA's primary and most flexible loan program.  It aids small businesses in obtaining financing when they might not otherwise be eligible. To find out more about this loan please visit

Certified Development Company (CDC), a 504 Loan Program - It provides long-term, fixed-rate financing to small businesses to acquire real estate or machinery or equipment for expansion or modernization.  To find out more about this loan please visit

Microloan, a 7(m) Loan Program - It provides short-term loans of up to $35,000 to small businesses and not-for-profit child-care centers. To find out more about this loan please visit

Loan Prequalification - It allows applicants to have their loan applications for $250,000 or less analyzed before they are taken to lenders for consideration.  To find out more about this program please visit
