sections: General Information; Compliance Certification; and Quality
Enhancement Plan. Each section contains documentation that supports the
reaffirmation process.
General Information

Technical Requirements
Teaching Credentials. Credentials
are available by college, department, instructor's last name, and
full-time or part-time. Each certification
includes a list of courses taught, degrees earned, and applicable experience
and skills. A username and password are required to gain access to
this database.
Planning,
Evaluation & Expected Outcomes. Documentation
of the planning and evaluation processes at Louisiana State University
in Shreveport
includes college, departmental and division plans and program learning
outcomes assessment results. Additional documents are provided as supporting
documents which guide the planning and evaluation process throughout
the university.
Supporting Documents. This section provides documents related to administration,
programs, curricula, faculty, finances, and student services.
Compliance Certification
Summary Form for Compliance Certification. The Form includes the
following for Louisiana State University in Shreveport: history and
characteristics;
list of degrees; locations and distance education; accreditation;
relationship to the U.S. Department of Education; and information
about the Quality
Enhancement Plan.
Compliance Certification Report. Included for each Principle of Accreditation
is a narrative addressing compliance and a table with links and URL’s
to documents cited in the narrative.
Table of Principles. The table has links to specific sections of the
Compliance Certification Report, judgments of compliance, and the URL
for each principle.
LSUS Compliance Process. This section contains a diagram of the LSUS-SACS
Process, timelines, and a list of teams for reaffirmation.
Quality Enhancement Plan
QEP Committee. A list of members of the University's Quality Enhancement
Plan Committee is provided.

Efforts. This section contains documents which establish a clear
representation of efforts taking place to define and implement the University
Quality Enhancement Plan.
