Request Transcripts

The transcript is the University’s statement of a student’s academic record.  The official transcript is printed on blue security paper and is issued by the Office of Admissions and Records.  It lists all courses completed and grades earned in chronological order by semester.  The transcript also contains notations of courses in progress, transfer coursework, academic status, distinctions, administrative actions, and degrees awarded.

There is no charge for transcript service.

Outstanding financial obligations to the University will delay the release of official transcripts.  Transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations are cleared.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact Accounting Services at (318) 797-5275.
