Siggraph Course 2002 - San Antonio - Building a better puppet

Personal Bio: With both technical and creative expertise, Raffaele has developed highly innovative
solutions for CGI character production and distribution working at places as diverse
as Bell Labs (talking avatars), telecomunication companies (realtime 3D characters on cells)
as well as full CG feature films at Dreamworks (CA), Digital Domain (CA) and Paramount/Omation (CA).
With an engineering background as well as a artistic one, Raffaele has also accumulated
extensive experience managing complex technical production teams on such films as Barnyard, producing over 150 cg characters with a highly customizable assembly character pipelines, as well as overseing overall
production workflow.
Raffaele's experience also includes expertise in web distribution, and IT infrastucture support.
And has had publish work in SIGGRAPH courses. Siggraph 2003, San Antonio, Building a Better Puppet.
Raffaele holds a BS. degree from Johns Hopkins Univ, and an MFA from the School of Visual Arts.
