Mental Health & Wellness Resources

College can be especially stressful as students confront with new responsibilities, life choices, and commitments. During these times, it may be difficult to know if you are experiencing the "normal" college challenges or something of greater concern. It is not a weakness to ask for assistance. Rather, coping with these difficulties is often made easier when you seek out information or share your concern with others. These mental health and wellness resources provide guidance to better understand any difficulties you may be experiencing as well as how/when to reach out. Students with additional questions or who continue to experience difficulties are encouraged to make an appointment with a counselor at Student Development (ADM 230; 797-5365).
