Self-Help Resources for Students

"You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face...Do the thing you think you cannot do."
~Eleanor Roosevelt
We all have challenges and experience uncertainty in our worlds. Part of the LSUS Counseling Center's mission is to assist students in preventing these challenges from becoming problematic or barriers to their education. Students are supported through readily available resources with a high level of relevance for today's student. Whether you are dealing with managing stress, balancing priorities, developing relationships...or struggling with the difficulties of effective study strategies, this section is designed for you to develop coping strategies for common student issues. Check back often for additional resources. Of course, a student can always contact the Counseling Center (ADM 220; 318-797-5365) for one-on-one assistance.
