Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from LSU Shreveport! This semester will be a busy time for you as you complete your courses, so please be sure to complete all required graduation paperwork as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

Fall 2017 Graduation Information

Students who plan to graduate at the conclusion of the Fall 2017 semester are encouraged to apply for graduation now! The degree conferral/commencement ceremony date for Fall 2017 is Sunday, December 17, 2017.

Download Fall 2017 Graduation Application here. Once completed, e-mail to or fax to 318-797-5286. Deadline to submit the Graduation Application to the Records Office is Wednesday, November 15, 2017.

Graduates are invited to a reception hosted by the LSUS Alumni Association prior to the commencement ceremony. 

Note: Degree checkouts are processed in your dean's office and sent to the Records Office. The $50 graduation fee will not be charged to your account until a checkout is received by the Records Office. Please monitor your student account for this charge.

Download Duplicate Diploma Order Form. Effective March 23, 2015, duplicate diplomas may be ordered after commencement. Please include your receipt with the Request for Duplicate Diploma form.
