Graduation

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from LSU Shreveport! This semester will be a busy time for you as you complete your courses, so please be sure to complete all required graduation paperwork as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

Summer 2017 Graduation Information

A second summer conferral date of August 31, 2017, has been added for those students completing the last of their coursework in the AP2/1D session. Download Summer 2017 AP2/1D graduation application here. Once completed, e-mail to registrar@lsus.edu or fax to 318-797-5286. Deadline to submit the Graduation Application to the Records Office is Monday, August 14, 2017.

Students who plan to graduate during the Summer 2017 semester are encouraged to apply for graduation now! The graduation date for Summer 2017 is Wednesday, August 9, 2017.

Download Summer 2017 Graduation Application here. Once completed, e-mail to registrar@lsus.edu or fax to 318-797-5286. Deadline to submit the Graduation Application to the Records Office is Thursday, July 6, 2017.

Note: Degree checkouts are processed in your dean's office and sent to the Records Office. The $50 graduation fee will not be charged to your account until a checkout is received by the Records Office. Please monitor your student account for this charge.

To Order Duplicate Diploma:

Download Duplicate Diploma Order Form. Effective March 23, 2015, duplicate diplomas may be ordered after commencement. Please include your receipt with the Request for Duplicate Diploma form.
