Enrollment Verification

To provide a more efficient verification process, LSU Shreveport has contracted with National Student Clearinghouse to process all enrollment verification requests from both currently enrolled students and from interested third parties. Individuals and agencies contacting the Admissions and Records Office for enrollment verification will be referred to National Student Clearinghouse.

Please note, enrollment verifications for each semester will be available starting on the first day of the second week of classes for that semester. They are not available prior to this date.

Important Note: In their correspondence with students and/or parents, insurance providers may provide their own form for enrollment certification, instructing the parent/student that form is to be completed by the Registrar's Office. For most providers, the National Student Clearinghouse verification is an acceptable alternative to the company's own form. Students are advised to submit the National Student Clearinghouse verification. If your insurance company does not accept this verification, contact the Admissions and Records Office via e-mail at registrar@lsus.edu or by phone at (318) 797-5061.

Please note also that students who do not have a Social Security Number on file with LSU Shreveport will not be able to obtain an enrollment verification through the National Student Clearinghouse self-service tool.
