Scholarships
All weightlifting athletes receive out-of- state tuition waivers. Tuition and fees are based on credit hours taken. In-state tuition and fees is $ 2,337.12 for 15 credit hours per semester. Out-of-state tuition and fees for the same number of hours is $5,704.92. Graduate students also receive an out-of-state tuition waiver.
Athletes receive varied amounts of scholarship money based primarily upon performance. There are also academic requirements. Each weightlifter at LSUS registered as a full-time student is receiving scholarship money.
