Hugs4Kids Toy Program
Hugs4Kids began as an Alumni Association activity and quickly spread to other groups on campus. This year toys were donated by LSUS faculty and staff at the Holiday Luncheon in November. The Alumni Association provided more toys and batteries. Volunteers sorted, labeled and boxed up the toys for distribution. On December 10, 2012, alumni, basketball coaches, Pilots and Lady Pilots basketball players visited The Children's Hospital of LSU Health Shreveport, presenting toys and visiting with young patients.
