LSUS professor to address Ron Sereg, an LSUS assistant professor of public relations, has been i Sereg is an international expert in the area of mass media and public relations for Third Sector organizations. He has worked with nongovernmental organizations in number of countries in the Russian Federation, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He will address the international assembly and participate in meetings with NGO leaders from more than 90 nations. Several heads of state will also be in attendance at the conference, to be held at a resort on the Dead Sea near Amman. The conference will be centered on the work of NGOs to prevent and resolve conflicts in every aspect of life. The theme for the world congress is “NGOs: Forces for Peace.” The international meeting is designed to assist NGOs to be more effective in accomplishing their work on behalf of humanity.
