The
winners of the Region I Social Studies Fair, held Thursday at
LSUS, have been announced by fair co-directors Drs. Debbie Williams
and Keitha Rogers, both LSUS assistant professors of education.
The annual fair draws hundreds of students to the LSUS campus
who have advanced from elementary, middle and high school competitions
throughout Northwest Louisiana. First and second place winners
at the Regional level are eligible to advance to the state competition
in Baton Rouge.
