LSUS International Lincoln Center cited in new book

The LSUS International Lincoln Center is referred to as the only “Lincoln Destination” in the Deep South by “The Legacy of Lincoln,” a new reference work on America’s 16th president by Pamela Oldham, published by Penguin Group in New York (Alpha). The book describes the Center as a “unique collection of documents and artifacts that focus on Lincoln’s legacy in the United States and abroad.” The book sells for $16.95 in paperback.

Dr. William Pederson, director of the Center, said he’s delighted to learn about this new national exposure provided for LSUS, especially since this popular book will be available in nearly every bookstore and library throughout the nation.
