Channel program Dr. Gary Joiner, an LSUS assistant professor of history, will appear on “Wild West Tech” on the History Channel Tuesday (May 24) at 7 p.m. A local cartographer, demographer and historian, Joiner is the award-winning author of One Damn Blunder from Beginning to End: The Red River Campaign of 1864. |
