LSUS Pilots to play at NOON today, not 3:30 p.m.

The LSUS Pilots will play the University of Mobile Rams at 12 Noon today at Pilots Field in the semi-final round of the NAIA Region XIII Baseball Tournaemnt. This game time is contrary to what was in today’s edition of The Times, which published the best information available at press time. Today’s game times rested on the outcome of Thursday’s late game between Lee University and Auburn University-Montgomery. That game ended early this morning (after 1 a.m.) with Lee winning 6-3.

This Sports Update will be useless to print media, but we would appreciate any help radio and television stations can give us this morning to get the word out to the community that the Pilots will play at Noon instead of 3:30. Thanks for your help.
