Institute to host seminar series in rural parishes
10/07/04
The
LSUS Institute for Human Services and Public Policy will conduct
a series of three nonprofit administration seminars between Oct.
14 and March 24, 2005, in each of five rural Northwest Louisiana
parishes.
The
seminars – Fundraising, Grant Writing & Strategic Planning
and Volunteer Management – are free thanks to state funding
for nonprofit management education obtained through the efforts
of state Sen. Sherri Smith Cheek (R-Keithville). Registration for
the seminars, however, is required.
