LSUS to host Volunteer Fair on Oct. 14

The LSUS American Humanics Program will host its eighth semi-annual Volunteer Fair from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 14, in the lobby of the University Center on the LSUS Campus.

The purpose of this event is to promote volunteerism and educate individuals about nonprofit organizations and their missions. It is free and open to the public.

Representatives from local nonprofit organizations will be on-hand to pass out information, answer questions and sign up interested persons to volunteer with their organizations.
