LSUS students to host safe, free
Halloween carnival Friday 10/25/03

Looking for a safe place to take your trick-or-treaters on Halloween?

The LSUS Student Activities Board, in conjunction with Student Organization Council and other student organizations, will host a totally free Halloween trick-or-trick carnival on the LSUS campus from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday (Oct. 31). A highlight of the carnival will be a costume contest for infants to 12-year-olds. Prizes will be awarded.

Booths sponsored by various student organizations will feature games and other family participation activities. There will also be three playground-type inflatable, sumo suit wrestling, jousting, and a Velcro wall. And, there will be plenty of candy.

The LSUS campus is located in Southeast Shreveport south of Bert Kouns Industrial Loop with entrances from both Youree Drive and East Kings Highway. Plenty of parking is available.
