LSUS education student group hosting book fair 11/12/02

The Louisiana Association of Educators-Student Program at LSUS is hosting a Scholastic Book Fair through Friday.

The book fair is in Room 229 of the LSUS Business-Education Building, and is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.

As the LAE-SP’s primary fund-raiser, the book fair supports LSUS’ Midway Elementary Professional Development School, two Outstanding Member Scholarships and the semi-annual Student Teacher Reception.

The event the perfect opportunity to get a “jump start” on a Christmas shopping list. If you are not sure what is suitable for the children on your list, LSUS education majors will be available to help with age-appropriate selections.
