Seven LSUS students pass CPA exam 04/08/02

Seven LSUS College of Business Administration Students have successfully completed the Certified Public Accountant examination, according to Dr. Douglas Bible, chairman of the university's Department of Accounting and Business Law.

The students are Alice Green, of Bossier City; Peggy Lein Devine, of Haughton, and Daniel Christopher Berg, Teddi Lynn Harris, Jerry Wayne Metcalf Jr., Kui Peng and Tara A. Taylor, all of Shreveport.

Bible said the achievement represents a milestone in the students' careers. LSUS students had the highest pass rate in the state on the CPA exam in November 2001, he said.
