The LSU Shreveport Student Newspaper Back in Print Edition

The LSU Shreveport Newspaper, The Almagest, is now being published in print editions again. The first print edition was released Thursday, September 23.

After being an online only newspaper for over a year the newspaper staff has entered into a cost-free agreement with The Shreveport Times for printing. Also for the first time, the paper is being printed entirely in color.

Katie Ho, executive editor, says “Words can’t explain how excited the staff here at The Almagest is about our new creation, but we are even more excited for what it means for the university.”

The paper is distributed every Thursday on the LSUS campus.
