Yoga nidra is a deep relaxation, also referred to as “yogic sleep.” This deep level of consciousness brings you to a state between being awake and asleep, while still remaining fully conscious. 

Restorative for both the body and mind, benefits of yoga nidra include improved emotional wellness and sense of joy, reduced tension and anxiety, as well as decreased physical symptoms of stress. 

Practiced lying down with eyes closed, we take you through a guided journey of inner awareness, fostering feelings of peace, calm, and clarity.

No knowledge of yoga or meditation is necessary.
