Join us the week before finals for help in de-stressing!

The word “vinyasa” means “placing in a special way” or “breath-synchronized movement.” Vinyasa yoga, also known as vinyasa flow and power yoga, involves coordinating movement with breath, flowing from one pose to the next. 

Vinyasa yoga has shown numerous health benefits, including building strength and flexibility, cardiovascular health, increased bone density, detoxification, better sleep, increased concentration and focus, anxiety reduction, and improved overall mental health and well-being. 

Continued practice offers further benefits off the mat, resulting in greater ability to cope with life’s challenges.
