    (London, England) The US team made it very close Tuesday night but still pulled out the overall win in the 18th annual Montgomery Cup against the British with a final score of 19 to 17.

    (Edinburgh, Scotland) The United States debate team got off to a strong start defeating the University of Edinburgh with a 4-2 victory. LSU Shreveport debaters, Madelyn Snead, Colby Walker, and Elizabeth Kemp were chosen to start and all played crucial roles in the first victory.

    LSUS Professor Finds Unique Way to Give Back

    Sisson says that he never wanted LSUS students to feel like he was making money from their purchase of his books. He resolved the issue by coordinating a deal with the publisher and the LSUS Foundation to send any royalty payments straight to the math lab at LSUS.
