LSUS Instructor Withdraws from Shreveport Police Chief Race
Rich Arnold, instructor of Criminal Justice at LSUS and retired sergeant with the Shreveport Police Department, has withdrawn his application for the Chief position with the Shreveport Police Department in support of Colonel Henry Whitehorn, an LSUS alumnus.
